A consistent AI character generator gives you a character people recognize in every image — on a mountain trail, in a coffee shop, at the gym, and six months after the first post. Regular image generators draw a new person each time, so Snuppy locks your character's appearance, personality and voice into a profile. Here's how to build one, which references help, and where the limits are.

Generative models don't remember previous images. When you type "red-haired woman in a café" and then "the same woman on a beach," the model treats them as two unrelated requests — "the same" means nothing to it. The face shape, nose, eyes and apparent age all drift a little. In a single image you won't notice. In a feed of twenty posts, followers see twenty similar but different people.
The fix is to give the model a fixed anchor. In Snuppy, that anchor is the character profile: the look you choose is saved and used for every future generation. You change the scene, outfit, lighting and pose; the face stays put. The same profile stores personality and voice, so captions sound like one person too.
Before you build a channel around a character, stress-test them. Generate three or four shots in very different conditions: a close-up in daylight, a full-length shot outdoors at night, a profile view, an indoor scene. Put them next to the chosen look. If the person is easy to recognize in all of them, your profile is solid. If likeness slips in one type of scene, tighten the features in the profile or use Pro photos for those shots. The test costs 4–8 credits and saves far more than redoing published posts.
When describing a character in words, pin down what should never change: age, hair color and length, distinctive features like freckles, a mole, a scar or brow shape, and build. Leave out anything that should vary from shot to shot — outfits, locations, weather. Otherwise the character gets "stuck" in one outfit.
Mira, 26. Blonde hair in a high ponytail, straight thick eyebrows, light gray eyes, a small mole above the right eyebrow. Athletic, toned build, slightly taller than average. No tattoos. Personality: direct, focused, dry sense of humor. Speaks in short, to-the-point sentences.
Pick a face from four options — it stays with your character in every shot from then on.
Create a characterOnce the look is locked, your image brief only needs to describe what changes: location, action, outfit, lighting and framing. No need to repeat facial features — they're already in the profile. Concrete everyday scenes work best; the model handles "drinking coffee by the window on a rainy morning" far more reliably than an abstract "inspired aesthetic."
Mira at the gym early in the morning, mid-deadlift, oversized gray T-shirt and black leggings, hair in a ponytail. Soft light from tall windows, full-length side shot, slightly blurred background. Natural, candid feel.
Close-up of Mira in a café, holding a cappuccino with both hands, chunky beige knit sweater, a slight half-smile. Warm evening light, shop window with string lights in the background, shallow depth of field, vertical frame.
A Pro photo costs 2 credits instead of 1 and gives maximum likeness. Use it for close-ups, your channel avatar, covers and any shot where the face fills most of the frame. For wide shots where the character is far away or turned aside, a standard photo is usually enough.
| Action | Credits | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| New character | 4 | 4 appearance options to choose from |
| Photo | 1 | Wide and medium shots, everyday scenes |
| Pro photo | 2 | Close-ups, avatars, covers |
| Photo edit | 1 | Fixing one detail without redoing the shot |
| 5-second video | 10 | Bringing a finished shot to life |
Captions, content plans, the calendar and publishing don't use credits. The free Trial gives you 15 credits — enough for a character and about ten images to see how well likeness holds. Starter is $9/month ($7 billed yearly) with 120 credits and 1 character. Creator is $24 ($19) with 350 credits and 3 characters. Pro is $49 ($39) with 800 credits and 10 characters. Extra credits are $17.99 for 150.
| Regular image generator | Character in Snuppy | |
|---|---|---|
| Face across images | Slightly different every time | Anchored to the locked look |
| Distinctive features | Repeat them in every prompt | Stored in the profile |
| Personality and voice | None | Saved and used in captions |
| What happens next | Download and figure it out | Post draft, calendar, Telegram publishing |
Likeness is very high but not perfect: individual shots can show small differences in details like iris pattern, jewelry or hands. It's usually faster to fix a bad shot for 1 credit or regenerate it than to try rescuing it with longer prompts.
One more limit is publishing: Telegram is the only social network that works right now. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and VK are in progress, so for those you'll post your character's images manually for now.
Describe your character or upload references — a profile with a locked look is just a few steps away.
Create a characterThe model needs a fixed anchor. In Snuppy you pick a look from four options once, it's saved to the profile, and every future image is generated against it. You change the scene, outfit and lighting in the brief while the face stays the same.
Yes — instead of a text description, you can upload references. Several clear images of one person from different angles work best. Only upload images you have the rights to.
A new character costs 4 credits, which gets you 4 appearance options. The free Trial includes 15 credits, so you can create a character and your first images without paying.
A Pro photo delivers maximum likeness to the locked look and costs 2 credits instead of 1. It's worth it for close-ups, avatars and covers.
Yes. Personality and voice live in the profile, and the AI manager writes posts in the character's tone. You can edit any caption before approving it.
You can edit individual shots for 1 credit each. If you want a fundamentally different look, it's better to create a new character — otherwise followers will see a different person under the same name.
No. You describe the character and the scenes in plain language. Models and parameters are tucked away in advanced settings, and you can copy the example descriptions above and adapt them.

Captions, calendar and publishing are included in every plan. Credits are only spent on photos and video, and you see the price of each generation before you start.
